Create an immersive, fully interactive 3D scene of an armory bay — a walk-in weapons and equipment depot of the kind found aboard a military starship or deep inside a hardened underground facility. The visitor should land on a strong establishing shot of the bay and then take control: orbit, pan, and zoom freely, or move through the space directly, with the scene holding up from every angle and distance they can reach.
Build the bay as a complete, believable environment rather than a sparse tech demo. Populate it with purposeful props: racked rifles and sidearms resting in numbered weapons racks, ammunition crates and shell cases stacked with intent, lockers and storage trunks, a maintenance workbench with tools and a partially disassembled weapon, armor stands holding plated suits, an inventory terminal or holographic requisition display, blast doors and reinforced bulkheads with piped, cabled, and riveted walls, floor hazard striping and tread plating, ceiling gantries, and the small human traces — a stool, a clipboard, crates waiting on a loader — that make the bay feel inhabited.
Let lighting carry the mood and do real work. Layer key, fill, and accent light: cool ambient bay light against warm work lamps, grounded contact shadows for every prop, emissive status indicators and screen glow, and at least a few animated light sources — a rotating warning beacon, a sweeping scan light, pulsing terminal readouts, one flickering fixture. Add atmosphere such as drifting dust motes, light haze, steam, or vent shimmer where it sells the space.
Props must feel solid and deliberately placed — nothing floating, clipping, or intersecting. Give the visitor interactive touches: hover highlights with name callouts, clickable props that animate (a rack sliding out, a locker swinging open, a terminal cycling inventory), and quiet idle motion everywhere (fan blades spinning, dangling cables swaying, screens refreshing). Performance matters: use sensible geometry budgets and reuse repeated objects efficiently, keep the canvas responsive to window resizing, and degrade gracefully on modest hardware while preserving the mood.
Do not take shortcuts or settle for a few boxes under a spotlight. This skill imposes no token budget limit, so pursue the full depth of the environment — modeling, materials, lighting, interaction, and atmosphere — and keep refining until the armory bay feels authored, inhabited, and complete.
