1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing ShipThePrompt, creating an account, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. ShipThePrompt is not intended for children under 13. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age to use an online service, that higher age applies unless a parent or legal guardian validly consents.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us that it has been compromised.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone without permission, sell or transfer your account, or use the service after your access has been suspended without our approval.
3. Using the community
ShipThePrompt lets people discover and share AI-built products, prompts, tools, models, comments, votes, profiles, and related material. Features, rankings, badges, battles, voting power, and points may change and do not have monetary value. We do not promise that any submission will be featured, ranked, preserved, or available for a particular period.
4. Your content and the license you grant
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give ShipThePrompt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and make that content available through the service, and to use it in reasonable promotion of ShipThePrompt. This license allows us to operate features such as feeds, previews, search, profiles, and social posts.
The license lasts while your content is available on the service. It may continue for a reasonable period in backups, in material already shared with your permission, or where retention is required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Public submissions can be viewed, copied, linked to, or discussed by others. Do not publish confidential information, personal data you are not entitled to disclose, credentials, private prompts, or trade secrets.
5. Content standards and prohibited conduct
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit, including text, images, prompts, links, and project details. You must accurately state whether you built or discovered a project and respect any third-party license terms.
You may not use ShipThePrompt to:
- post unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or infringing material;
- violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
- distribute malware, expose credentials, probe vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service;
- spam, manipulate votes or rankings, create inauthentic engagement, scrape the service in a disruptive manner, or automate access contrary to posted restrictions; or
- misrepresent affiliation, authorship, endorsements, product capabilities, or the origin of AI-generated content.
6. Moderation, reports, and termination
We may review, restrict, remove, relabel, or decline to promote content, and may limit or suspend accounts, when we reasonably believe it protects users, third-party rights, or the service; enforces these terms; or satisfies a legal obligation. We are not required to monitor all content.
If you believe content violates your rights or these terms, contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate and review it. You may stop using the service at any time.
7. Our service, intellectual property, and third parties
ShipThePrompt and its original design, software, branding, and site content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or to other users' content beyond the normal use of the service.
Submissions may link to products, repositories, videos, social profiles, AI providers, or other third-party services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own policies.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing advance notice.
8. Disclaimers, liability, and responsibility for claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipThePrompt is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipThePrompt and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or harm arising from user content or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms or another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes, governing rules, and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
Applicable law governs these terms without overriding mandatory rights available where you live. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. For general support, visit the Contact page.
