Create a playable, real-time 3D MMORPG that runs entirely in the browser and delivers the core fantasy of a living online world: horse riding across open country, rooftop parkour through a climbable city, kinetic combat, and a seamless open world that rewards exploration. The finished experience must load and run from a plain static folder with no server, no accounts, and no install step, yet feel like an inhabited realm — simulated fellow adventurers with names, chat, and routines of their own populate the world alongside the player.
Build one continuous, explorable open world with distinct regions that flow into each other: a walled medieval-fantasy city of stacked buildings and climbable rooftops, outlying farmland and orchards, rolling hills with trails and hidden ruins, and wilder frontier areas where stronger enemies patrol. The world should reward wandering — secret viewpoints, treasure chests, lore markers, wayshrines for fast travel, and landmarks visible from a distance that make players want to reach them. A day-night cycle, weather touches, and ambient audio give the world its own rhythm.
Horse riding should feel like a genuine mode of travel, not a speed boost. Let the player summon and mount their horse, build up through walk, trot, canter and gallop with momentum and turning inertia, jump fences and streams, and feel the difference between a cramped city lane and an open gallop across the plains. The horse is a companion — it has a name, it waits or wanders when dismounted, and it whinnies, slows in water, and balks at cliffs rather than behaving like a generic vehicle.
Rooftop parkour should make the city a vertical playground. Support running jumps between rooftops, climbing and mantling ledges, wall-jumps or shimmying along narrow ledges, dropping into hay carts or alleys, and careful balance along beams. Design deliberate parkour routes — chase escapes, viewpoint perches, rooftop treasure runs, timed courses — with forgiving-but-skillful physics so near-misses feel fair. Falling too far should hurt, and healing or rest should matter.
Combat should be real-time and readable: light and heavy attacks plus several class-flavored abilities on cooldowns, dodge or block with timing windows, enemy telegraphs before big attacks, believable aggro so groups behave sensibly, and boss-style encounters with phases. Give enemies distinct families — bandits, wolves, undead, a duel with the city guard captain, a region boss — with tells, weaknesses, and loot. Kills grant experience, gold, and equipment; leveling visibly improves power and unlocks abilities.
Carry the MMORPG frame all the way through: a character with stats and gear, an inventory and equipment screen, a quest log with a main storyline and varied side quests (hunts, fetches, escorts, exploration goals, parkour time trials, mounted races), a chat window where simulated players talk, named adventurers wandering the world, a minimap and full map, health and resource bars, floating damage numbers, respawn points, and progress that persists between browser sessions. Onboarding should teach riding, parkour, and combat through play rather than walls of text, and the game should remain enjoyable on a mid-range laptop.
Do not take shortcuts or ship a recognizable shell. Every one of the four pillars — riding, parkour, combat, open-world exploration — must be genuinely playable and tuned, not decorative, and they should interlock: mounted patrols, rooftop ambushes, chases that flow from street to roof to horseback. This skill imposes no token budget limit, so pursue the full depth of the experience and keep refining movement feel, enemy variety, world density, feedback, and atmosphere until the game feels authored and complete.
