Give every state an authored design — loading and first paint, empty filter results, paused versus live-streaming modes, detail drill-downs, hover and focus feedback — and carry the atmosphere through: a considered dark operations-room aesthetic (or an equally deliberate alternative), legible data typography, restrained motion that makes the console feel continuously alive without becoming noise, and small details such as a clock, connection status, or ambient background activity that reward attention.
Make the whole experience complete and self-sufficient as a static site: it must run entirely in the browser with a rich embedded dataset and plausible simulated live behavior, stay responsive from wide desktop displays down to tablets and phones, remain usable with keyboard and assistive technology where practical, and feel finished in every corner rather than a demo shell.
Do not take shortcuts or settle for a cookie-cutter globe template with passive panels. This skill imposes no token budget limit, so pursue the full depth of the console — its interactions, states, transitions, motion, atmosphere, data richness, and smallest meaningful details — and keep refining until the dashboard feels authored, cohesive, and convincingly alive.
